At Eighteen Grams, we want you to be happy with every order, but we also need to keep ourselves protected as a business. The terms below set out how we handle stock, shipping, discounts, and refunds, so everything is clear for both sides.
1. Stock & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item is unavailable, we may cancel and refund your order without notice.
2. Pricing, Discounts & Coupons

Prices may change without notice.

Coupons and promotions may not apply to all products.

We reserve the right to decide how discounts and promotions are applied, including exclusions on sale items.

Some items may be excluded from discounts, even if not specifically marked as such.

Promotions, Discounts & Exclusions

From time to time we may offer discount codes, coupons, or promotions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions do not apply to all products.

Excluded items or collections will be clearly marked on the website as excluded from discounts.

We reserve the right to decide how discounts and promotions are applied, including exclusions on sale or clearance items.

Any references in marketing (e.g. “storewide”) are always subject to the exclusions listed in these Terms & Conditions and on relevant product or collection pages.

Misuse of discount codes, including applying codes to excluded items, may result in order cancellation and refund.

Coupons, discount codes, and promotions do not automatically apply to every product.

We reserve the right to exclude sale, clearance, or promotional items from discounts, even if a coupon states “all store items.”

Exclusions are applied at our discretion, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Some products may also be excluded from promotions or multi-buy offers.

Any discount misuse (e.g. applying codes through third-party hacks or errors) may result in order cancellation and refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We may cancel and refund orders if shipping is unreasonably expensive or not possible.

Delivery times are estimates only; delays outside our control are not our responsibility.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue until your order is delivered.
4. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds:

Before Shipping: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

After Delivery: Customers have 3 days from receiving their order to notify us if they wish to return items. Returns must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind, including ordering more than required, or dissatisfaction with a flavour, as taste is subjective.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement in line with the Australian Consumer Law. In these cases, we cover return shipping costs.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and inspected.

Cancellations and refunds will be handled in line with our store policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Returns Due to Non-Collection:

If delivery is attempted and the parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged by the customer, the parcel may be returned to us.

In this case, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the order re-sent.

If the customer does not wish to have the order re-sent, we may refund the order minus the original shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays, loss of stock availability, or additional costs caused by the customer’s failure to collect or arrange redelivery.

5. Product Use & Liability

Products must be used as intended.

We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse.

This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Rights & Ownership

We reserve the right to adjust products, prices, promotions, and shipping without notice.

All branding, product descriptions, and content remain our intellectual property.
7. Service Rights

We may refuse service in cases of fraud, abuse, or where shipping is not viable.

Decisions regarding discounts, shipping, and product availability are at our discretion, except where consumer rights apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Coffee Sourcing
Our green beans are sourced from large, reliable, coffee importers who obtain their supplies from coffee plantations around the world.

Coffee Supply
We can supply samples of our coffee blends and deliver them direct to your location for you to test through your machine. With a range of blend options available – from medium roast to dark roast our team can definitely find a flavour that will work for your customers. We will always make sure you never run out of coffee with prompt delivery service.

Training
Once we have nailed the perfect blend we move on to training. At Eighteen Grams we like to make sure you and your team get all the training and information you need to make a perfect coffee that your customers love and keep coming back for. From making the coffee shots to calibrating the grinder and programming your coffee machine, we will make sure all your staff are equipped and ready to make great coffee.

We sell and lease commercial equipment for cafes & restaurants. From installation and set up to servicing and after care Eighteen Grams has got you covered.
