Thank you for choosing an 18 Grams Coffee Subscription. We’re glad to keep your coffee supply fresh and consistent, with 15% off every order and flexible delivery options.
Managing Your Subscription
Our subscription service lets you choose your delivery frequency — every 2, 3, or 4 weeks. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time. However, these changes must be made before your next renewal or billing date.
Cancellations and Changes
If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription, please contact us before your next payment is processed. Once payment has been taken and your order has been packed or shipped, we’re unable to stop or recall the shipment.
Refunds and Returns
Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped. If a renewal goes through and coffee has already been dispatched, that order will be considered final.
Your Responsibility
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to manage their subscription and renewal dates. If you forget to pause or cancel before your next billing date, we cannot offer a refund once the order is sent.

Coffee Sourcing
Our green beans are sourced from large, reliable, coffee importers who obtain their supplies from coffee plantations around the world.
Coffee Supply
We can supply samples of our coffee blends and deliver them direct to your location for you to test through your machine. With a range of blend options available – from medium roast to dark roast our team can definitely find a flavour that will work for your customers. We will always make sure you never run out of coffee with prompt delivery service.
Training
Once we have nailed the perfect blend we move on to training. At Eighteen Grams we like to make sure you and your team get all the training and information you need to make a perfect coffee that your customers love and keep coming back for. From making the coffee shots to calibrating the grinder and programming your coffee machine, we will make sure all your staff are equipped and ready to make great coffee.
