Brazilian Santos – Raw Green Coffee Beans

Sourced from the renowned Santos region in São Paulo, Brazil, these Arabica beans are celebrated for their consistent quality and approachable flavor profile. Despite the name, "Santos" refers to the port through which much of Brazil's coffee is exported, rather than a specific growing region. These beans are typically processed using the natural method, where cherries are dried with their skins on, allowing the beans to absorb sugars and imparting a sweet, earthy character to the cup.

Flavor Profile:

• Nutty and chocolatey undertones

• Hints of caramel and mild fruitiness

• Low acidity with a smooth, medium body

Roasting Tips:
Brazilian Santos beans are versatile and can be roasted to your preference. A medium roast brings out their nutty and chocolatey flavors, while a darker roast enhances their caramel and earthy notes.

Ideal For:

• Espresso blends, providing a solid base

• Filter coffee, highlighting its smooth and balanced profile

• Cold brew, where its low acidity and sweetness shine

Please Note:
These are raw, unroasted beans and require roasting before consumption. As with all raw beans, please sort before roasting to remove any natural debris.
