We’re a working warehouse and don’t keep set public hours.
If you’d like to visit, please call before coming to check someone is on site.
No appointment is required—we just want to make sure someone will be there to help you out.

We offer convenient Click & Collect for all online orders.
As we are a busy working coffee roastery and warehouse, we do not operate as a retail shop and are unable to accept walk-in customers or over-the-counter sales.
All orders must be placed online and can then be collected from our secure pickup lockers.
How Click & Collect Works

Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout.

You will receive a first email confirming that your order is ready for collection.

You will then receive a second email with your locker number, PIN and collection instructions.

Once you have received both emails, you can collect your order from the lockers during the available collection hours.
Please wait until you have received the locker details before coming to collect your order.
Collection Hours
Our pickup lockers are accessible:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 am–6 pm
The gates to the complex are locked outside these hours, so collections are not available after 6 pm or on weekends.
Urgent and Same-Day Collection
Need your order urgently? We will always do our best to accommodate same-day pickup where possible. However, same-day collection cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on our roasting, packing and online order schedule.
Please Note:
We do not have fixed public opening hours, as our team may be coming and going at different times throughout the day and evening.
For safety and operational reasons, customers are not able to enter the warehouse. All purchases must be made online and collected from the designated lockers.
