Preparation per 1.5 kg bag

1. Add 3.5 L of cold water to a clean, food-safe mixing container.
2. Gradually add one full 1.5 kg bag while whisking until dispersed.
3. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes.
4. Whisk again, then pour into a compatible soft serve machine.
