Harvested from the fertile highlands of Sumatra, Indonesia, Mandheling coffee beans are renowned for their distinctive flavor profile and rich heritage. Cultivated in volcanic soils at high altitudes, these beans benefit from a unique processing method known as "Giling Basah" or wet-hulling. This technique involves removing the parchment layer at a higher moisture content, contributing to the beans' characteristic appearance and flavor .
